E-commerce Project Executive

We are a young, fast-growing organization. From our eight branches in Europe, America and China, we support (online) retailers with the international sale of their products. We do this for companies such as Segway, Jaguar and Carhartt, but also for Martin Garrix.

As an E-commerce project employee, you are the connection within the web that functions between our various departments worldwide. You are responsible for setting up and overseeing new projects, checking executive services, reporting to the customer, following up on project-related tasks and recognizing growth opportunities for the customer, which you then convert into concrete recommendations to the Sales department. You are in daily contact with our customers, Sales department, IT and our international offices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Setting up new E-commerce customer care projects
  • Customer onboarding
  • Process administrative data CMS
  • Preparing SEPA’s
  • Create contracts
  • Check invoices
  • Planning and monitoring the operational setup
  • Organizing training with the customer and operation
  • Recognize commercial opportunities
  • Analyzing performance
  • Ensuring optimal customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and assist in optimizing the HQ project structure.

  • Result-oriented person, who works accurately
  • Must have a dose of empathy and see commercial opportunities
  • Ability to work well in a team as well as independently
  • You can stand your ground and are stress resistant
  • Must be communicatively strong and very customer-friendly
  • Good command of both the German and English language
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word);
  • Bachelor Degree/ relevant higher education
