Customer Success Manager

That is why we are now looking for a Customer Success Manager. We are looking for candidates that have experience in interacting with customers at B2B level, within tech or the financial services industry. The Customer Success Manager is vital for our revenue growth. You will be the main point of contact for our customers, helping them to extract value from our product. This is a new role within the commercial team and will report directly to the CEO & co-founder.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer onboarding
  • Manage and drive growth with your portfolio of customers.
  • Manage incoming issues to our customer support
  • Communicate new use cases, product features and upsell opportunities
  • Identify and work with accounts that are not fully utilizing the platform
  • Identify customers that are at risk to churn and turn them around.
  • Make our customers our product-ambassadors
  • Be the Ambassador of the customer; bring real customer insights to the product development team
Required Skills:
  • 2+ years experience working B2B customer-facing roles, where you were responsible for customer advocacy and engagement.
  • Experience working in dynamic tech companies, ideally in financial services
  • Intellectually curious with an analytical mindset.
  • You’re an excellent communicator at all levels and have a high level of empathy, which will enable you to create a win/win situation.
  • You can ruthlessly prioritize since you will be the main point of contact for our clients. Time management and project management skills are essential.
  • You have an eye for detail with a problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written English language
  • Self-starter, a fast learner with a start-up spirit
  • Nice to have – you have a hunter mindset thanks to a previous Sales/Business development experience.
