Compliance Manager

Role Overview:

The role of a Compliance Manager is to be responsible for ensuring our organization complies with government regulations — domestically as well as globally — and avoids missteps that could result in hefty fines, legal ramifications and reputation damage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing, implementing and managing the organization’s compliance program
  • Coordinating with regulators
  • Planning, implementing and overseeing risk-related programs
  • Creating and coordinating proper reporting channels for compliance issues
  • Developing company compliance communications
  • Coordinating and scheduling required compliance training for employees     
Required Skills:
  • Extensive knowledge of the gaming industry
  • Good knowledge of gaming regulatory guidelines and standards
  • Knowledge of compliance standards and policies, audit techniques, regulatory issues, and
  • operations and procedures
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in a Compliance role
  • Ability to deal with different internal departments and regulators
  • Building strong relationships internally and externally
  • Attention to detail and excellent time management
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills
  • Good communication and teamwork
  • Result-oriented.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • A sound level of judgment and professional conduct.
