We are building a global payments and financial operations platform that allows digital businesses that are operating internationally to automate their payables and receivables across a curated network of financial institutions. We act as their business financial companion to bring efficiency and scalability into their payment operations.
Why we want you
We sell to high-growth companies that are typically operating across borders. We also sell to channel partners where we are a good fit for their existing portfolio. Typically, these are channel partners of accounting solutions.
As a team, we adopt a consultive selling approach where we look to help clients to provide them with a solution to their problems. In our sales cycle, we typically engage with finance people. This year with a small them, we‘ve experienced exponential growth across Europe, but we believe we can grow more, and we need you to help us reach the next level. We have ambitious growth plans with an eye already on expanding outside of Europe, next year.
Does this sound like a challenge for you?
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, hunt and land digital businesses and channel partners headquartered in Europe but operating internationally across verticals such as SaaS, affiliate marketing and digital goods.
- Manage and nurture relationships with our existing clients to ensure that they are using the Fyorin platform to its full potential.
- Prepare thorough presentations and proposals for prospective clients
- Provide feedback to internal teams on local trends, including competitor analysis, customer requirements and product improvement.
- Orchestrate the sales process with internal stakeholders (product, development, compliance) and act as the main point of contact for them and prospective clients.
Required Skills:
- You have 3-4 years of experience in B2B sales ideally selling to the office of the CFO.
- Previous experience in working for a high-growth stage fintech startup is ideal.
- You’ve orchestrated the sales process with multiple stakeholders, including compliance and technical ones.
- You are intellectually curious, tech-savvy and fascinated by how payments can act as an enabler for businesses to grow with a passion for solution-selling. Being a fintech nerd helps!
- You are a highly energetic, positive and enthusiastic team player with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- You have continuously exceeded your sales quota in your current role.
- Critical thinking skills, objectivity in decision-making, complex problem analysis and creative problem-solving.
- You are a hands-on salesperson that can develop opportunities independently
- You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills (English) and can write engaging and powerful copies.
- You are humble and eager to learn, try out new things and not give up when things don’t work out but try out new ways to reach your goals.
- You are willing to travel to industry conferences as the need arises.
- You are located within +/- 2 hrs. CET timezone.
