Customer Care Team Lead

As Team Lead Customer Care you are involved in various internal processes and you are jointly responsible for the daily Customer Experience of our Dutch consumers. As a Team lead you are the point of contact for our agents. In addition, you contribute daily to achieve the set KPIs, including: Quality, quantity, productivity and organizational loyalty within the customer care team. As a cooperating foreman, you have good insight into which processes use optimization and where the pressure lies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will be involved in various internal processes and you will be jointly responsible for the daily Customer Experience of our Dutch consumers.
  • You will be the point of contact for our agents.
  • In addition, you contribute daily to achieve the set KPIs, including: Quality, quantity, productivity and organizational loyalty within the customer care team.
  • As a cooperating foreman, you have good insight into which processes use optimization and where the pressure lies.
Required Skills:
  • You are a result-oriented person, who works accurately;
  • You have experience in customer service, answering calls and emails;
  • You are stress resistant;
  • You have a higher education thinking level;
  • You are communicatively strong and very customer-friendly;
  • You can get along in a group and are a real team player;
  • You have an excellent command of the Dutch language in both writing and speaking and are fluent in English;
  • Must be able to work within office hours (9:00-18:00);
  • Must be available full-time (40 hours).
