We are an authentic Finnish sports brand with a long history on running. We design and market both performance and heritage running and outdoor footwear, which it distributes through 2 subsidiaries located in Amsterdam, NL and Boston, MA USA respectively.
Our small team consists of passionate and dedicated brand of sales operations, e-commerce and finance professionals, totaling 20 in all in both the NL and the US. We rely on a highly automated sales process with one central ERP system from where various applications provide the information to our functional managers and key liaisons require (ex 3PL’s) .
We have recently installed a new cloud-based ERP platform along with several specialty applications and is currently seeking a full time Business Analyst to become the key liaison between the functional managers and the various VAR’s, as described below.
Key Responsibilities:
- The Business Analyst should have complete understanding of the processes of each area: sales operations and logistics, wholesale sales, e-commerce sales and finance.
- You should seek to improve the IT performance by mapping out the detailed steps required to various VAR’s based on the input of the functional managers.
- In this role the Business Analyst reports to the COO and CEO respectively and is supported by a freelance consultant (current IT Manager) and an IT specialist.
Required Skills:
- Strong analytical skills,
- Solid understanding of programming and systems
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position
- Bachelors degree (or equivalent)
- A massive plus – experience within the same industry
