Key Responsibilities
You will be involved in every step of the customer engagement cycle from ideation to implementation and analysis. You will be responsible for executing email and nurture campaigns, including campaign setup, orchestration, email database segmentations, scheduling, testing, and measuring campaigns to drive short-term and long-term results in collaboration with multiple teams.
Responsibilities:
- Build and execute email and nurture programs across the various stages of the buyers journey
- Coordinate with the Content team to optimize SEM, SEO, and content strategies.
- Create, test, and deploy emails using platforms such as SendGrid and Mailchimp
- Segment audiences based on behaviours, like past email engagement, website interaction, and set triggers for purchase paths and develop strategies to nurture prospects into qualified leads.
- Analyse and report results from all outbound campaigns and make recommendations to continually improve metrics including open rates, CTR, leads; present recommendations to the Marketing team in a clear, logical, and compelling fashion.
- Identify new email marketing strategies to ensure that the most effective offers, copy, platforms, and creative are incorporated into campaigns and deliver a compelling message.
- Conduct market research to better identify target audiences and how to attract, using a variety of tools like AHREFS, Google Analytics, AdWords, Keyword Planner and SEMrush.
- Own the performance metrics of landing pages, leveraging data and tools to run experiments across all website pages.
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a related role, Fintech industry preferred but not essential.
- Strong understanding of email marketing rules and guidelines.
- Exceptional communication skills are a must.
- Experience with CRMs, marketing automation tools, social listening platforms and Google Analytics
- Ability to think strategically and have a data-driven mindset.
- Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to get involved in multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of individuals at all levels of the organization
- Self-starter with the ability to work in a very fast paced environment.
